The Opuscula Theologica et Scientifica of the John Wesley Theological College is an international peer-reviewed open-access online journal published twice a year in English and Hungarian.

Archiving policy
The works published in the journal will be published in REAL-J, the Repository of the Library of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, the Repository of Hungarian Scientific Works and the Electronic Periodicals Database.

The OTS is a fully open access journal, which means that all articles are freely available on the internet to all users immediately upon publication
